Tyee Wine Cellars is located in the Heart of the Willamette Valley, Corvallis, Oregon.

With rich soils and a moderate, cool climate, the Willamette Valley produces world class wines.

Tyee's Vineyard and Winery are on the historic and scenic Buchanan Family Century Farm nestled between the foothills of Oregon's Coast Range and the Willamette River at the confluence of Beaver and Muddy Creeks.

Tyee Wine Cellars specializes in Estate Grown Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay and Gewurztraminer. 

Tyee, an early Northwest word meaning "Chief" or "Best" symbolizes our commitment to produce Excellent Estate Wine to Complement Local Cuisine.

Tyee Wine Cellars Tasting Room is Open from Noon to 5:00 PM on Weekends, April through December, also Open Fridays and Mondays Mid June thru Labor Day, or by Appointment.

Visitors to Tyee Wine Cellars are welcome to enjoy wine tasting, picnicking on our farm and vineyard in a variety of scenic locations or hikes along Tyee's Beaver Pond Loop Nature Trail. Open in the summer months, this 1 & 1/2 mile trail winds through native Willamette Valley wetland/woodland habitat, hazelnut orchards and historic farmland.

Tyee Wine Cellars has an outdoor stage and a large undercover picnicking area. Check our Calendar for a listing of Special Events and Concerts open to the public. Craft Winemaking

 

Tyee Wine Cellars is a very small, family owned and operated winery, currently with a limited production of only 1,500 cases annually.

Tyee's 2nd generation estate winemaker, Merrilee Buchanan Benson, grew up at Tyee Wine Cellars on the Buchanan Family Century Farm and vineyard. She has worked closely with her family in the winery and vineyard her whole life and took on increased responsibility as Tyee's winemaker starting with the lovely 2006 Vintage to coincide with Tyee's production of Estate wines made from grapes grown exclusively in the family vineyard right next to the winery. 

Tyee Wine Cellars just became Sun-powered!  We put up Solar panels in Summer of 2009 and our winery is now 100% Solar Powered.
